Join in with the Bank Holiday Fun: Watford Mencap's 10K, 5K and 1K Fun Run in Cassiobury Park

Watford Mencap is delighted to announce the return of its much-anticipated annual Bank Holiday 10K and Fun Run at the picturesque Cassiobury Park, Watford. 

The Watford Mencap run event isn't just an exhilarating way to enjoy the bank holiday weekend in May; it's also a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities. All proceeds from the event will directly support Watford Mencap's vital programs and services dedicated to empowering people with learning disabilities in our community.

Whether you're an avid runner or simply looking for a fun way to give back to your community, the Watford Mencap 10K, 5K & Fun Run warmly welcomes participants of all abilities.

By participating in the event and fundraising for Watford Mencap, you're actively contributing to improving the lives of people with learning disabilities. 

The 1K and the 5K are accessible for all. 

Timings for the day

9am - Registration opens (closes at 10am for 1K, 10.30am for 5K and 10K)

10am -  Warm up and 1K race begins

10.30am - Warm up and 5K and 10K races begin

As the run is taking place on May 4th, there will be a special prize category for the Best Dressed Star Wars Themed Runner. May the 'Fourth' be with you.
