This traffic-free race circuit with its own self-enclosed swim lake is the perfect venue for elite triathlon competition.
This round of the Super Series is a two-stage format, with the heats taking place on Saturday evening and the finals on Sunday morning.
In addition there will be a Mixed Relay held on Sunday lunch. Teams for the mixed relays will be organised through regional coaches.
The Saturday heats will take the form of a non-drafting, timetrial start triathlon.
The results from the heats will provide the seeding for the A and B finals on Sunday morning, which will be a draft-legal, mass-start format.
Note: in the Saturday heats, you must use the same bike equipment and setup as being used for the draft-legal race on Sunday.
The distances will be as follows:
Youth A/B
Saturday Heats : 350m swim - 6km bike - 1.5km run (non-drafting, timetrial start)
Sunday Finals : 400m swim - 8km bike - 2.0km run (draft-legal, mass start)
Junior/Senior
Saturday Heats : 350m swim - 8km bike - 2.0km run (non-drafting, timetrial start)

Mixed Relay
4 x 300m swim - 6km bike - 1.5k run (draft-legal, mass start, relay)
The swim will be a single lap of the lake that fills the interior of the racetrack.
The transition will be in the hard-standing paddock area.
The bike will use a 2km anticlockwise lap of the super-fast bike circuit.
The race finishes with 2 laps of a flat tarmac run lap .
The bike and run courses both pass the spectator area each lap to enable the athletes to receive great support.... so don't forget your cheer squad!
