ATW invite you to come down to Mallory Park to enjoy this great facility. No matter if you are training on your own, with friends, family, clubmates or part of a coached session.

Monday 2nd June - the normal evening session will include a FREE coaching session by a qualified British Triathlon coach,  focussing on preparation, equipment, starts and swim transitions, for Aquathlon, Aquabike and Triathlon - finishing with a short race to practice what you've learned. Bring your wetsuit, trisuit and all the usual event kit. Sign up to the Monday 2nd June session as normal and arrive at 6pm to take advantage of this great opportunity.

Monday 9th June - the normal evening session will be replaced by a FREE cycling session. (No swimming). Families are invited to bring along their bikes to the circuit and join in the fun for FREE between 6pm and 8pm. Working in partnership with the Borough Council, ATW will be helping residents to experience cycling in a safe, traffic free environment. The Mallory Mile event is the perfect chance for families to brush up on their cycling skills or community groups to get some sponsorship and see how many laps they can ride for good causes. Just turn up with your bike - but don’t forget your helmet (cycle helmets are compulsory for those who wish to take part in the Mallory Mile). This is a family cycling event, so scooters and roller skates will not be allowed on the track. Deputy Leader, Cllr Mark Bools said: “We are delighted that this popular family event is returning once again to Mallory Park during National Bike Week.  This is a great opportunity for everyone to enjoy a bike ride in a safe and secure environment. Cycling is a fantastic method of exercise and suitable for all ages.  How many laps do you think you can complete? We look forward to seeing you – don’t forget your helmet!”

This race circuit is the perfect venue for swim, cycle and run training with:
- an open-water swim lake with buoys marking out a variety of laps up to 700m*
- a traffic-free cycle circuit on super-smooth tarmac
- plenty of open space for running including gravel trails, grass tracks and tarmac
- transition racking to practice those all-important transition skills

Due to the popularity of the sessions we are hold two sessions per week.
- Monday evenings will have a focus on children, families and beginners.
- Wednesday evenings will have a focus on faster, more experienced athletes.
Please select the session that is best suited to your abilities.
The sessions are held in the evenings at a pre-booked cost of £8 (discounts available to clubs), from 6pm til dusk
On the day bookings can be made for a £1 surcharge.

Coaches/Clubs - you are welcome to bring your athletes to Mallory Park to deliver your coached sessions. If you would like to bring a kayak/SUP to go on the water to coach from, then you are most welcome. We simply ask that you move away from the swimming line when interacting with your athletes.

If you are a regular, you can purchase a monthly pass, to gain a significant discount.

The open-water swimming is suitable for anyone capable of swimming 100m competently. We will have a water-safety team on the water to keep you safe.

Want to hire a wetsuit for the season? We are proud to offer Zone3 wetsuits. Find out more HERE
