Mallory Park Summer Training Evenings

**Important Information - Dogs are not permitted beyond the green entry gates at Mallory Park.**

Join us for the return of our popular summer evening sessions at Mallory Park—one of the UK’s finest closed-circuit race tracks, complete with a stunning, clean open-water lake at its centre.

Whether you’re coming solo, with friends, family, or clubmates, these sessions are designed for everyone. Train hard, practice skills, or simply enjoy a relaxed summer evening outdoors.

Open Water Swimming

The lake is fully marked with a variety of lap options to suit all abilities.

• Push yourself with timed laps
• Develop sighting and group swimming skills
• Or take it easy with a social swim - NEW for 2026, you can now adventure around the back of the island!
  (When conditions allow)

Suitable for anyone who can confidently swim 100m.
A dedicated water safety team will be present throughout.

Cycling & Running

The smooth, traffic-free tarmac circuit is perfect for:

• Dialling in your bike position
• Practising group riding
• Structured run sessions, intervals, or threshold efforts
• Or simply enjoying uninterrupted laps

Transition racking is available, so you can also practise T1 and T2 like a pro.

Session Times
Every Monday & Wednesday evening
6:00pm – 8:00pm

Pricing
- £8.50 when pre-booked (preferred so we can plan for numbers attending)
- £9.50 on the day

Regular attendee? Monthly passes are available for a discounted rate (see tickets below for pricing)

Coaches
Coaches attend free of charge.
You’re welcome to bring a kayak or SUP for on-water coaching—please just stay clear of the main swimming line when working with athletes.

Juniors & Families

• Under 16s must be supervised by a competent adult
  Supervising adults must remain responsible for children at all times
• A paying adult can be accompanied by an under 12 for FREE (additional under 12's must puchase a ticket)

Please note: there may be fast-moving cyclists on the track.
