Established in 1933 as the ‘Finchley 20’, now rebranded as Hillingdon 20. This is the world’s oldest continuously contested 20-mile road race, providing excellent preparation for a spring marathon, such as the London Marathon.

The race follows the well-marshalled roads of Ruislip, starting near the Hillingdon Athletic Club’s clubhouse at Bury Street, Ruislip HA4 7TJ. 

• Cash prizes are available for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in both male and female categories, plus first place male and female in the V40, V50 and V60 categories (see below)

This event will feature the Hertfordshire 20-mile Championships. To be eligible, you must have been born in Hertfordshire or been a resident for nine months. To take part in the Championships, you must state your eligibility during the registration process.
