Really fun event even though the weather was horrible. Organisation and the support was great.

Always a great event

The race briefing was too long, and difficult to hear as it seems the megaphone seemed to be not working. It was cold and very wet and everyone just wanted to start! The course start was a bit convoluted with the short loop, surely some extra distance could be found on the track. Marshals and tea/coffee at finish was appreciated. Obviously you can’t control the weather but maybe another gazebo could have been arranged as the rain was forecast. Overall a good event with a few niggles but pleased to have done it.

Harrow Hill 10k certainly lives up to its name yet there are equally plenty of downward / flat stretches to balance out the infamous Football Lane. Lovely, supportive atmosphere from the volunteers organised bY local Metros RC.

The two loops going up the hill definitely is a challenge on the legs. Organisers are friendly and good facilities before and after the race. Only thing I felt could change would be metal medals and not MDF wooden ones. My race was pouring with the rain and ended up with a soggy medal

Hard but enjoyable course with very amicable staff and vokunteers.

Football Lane is very steep but made easier by the great support at the top of the hill
