Never an easy task, but it was very difficult for spectators to enjoy watching the swim bike and run.

The run might have benefitted from having longer laps.

Maybe do not place the toilets next to the run route. It was rather challenging to find a spot that didn't have the air of portaloo. :)

From a safety perspective perhaps more measured would have been welcomed on the bottom corner for the youth athletes starting their second laps.

The course was good for the athletes. Save the repetition of the run. But that was a nice to have rather than a need to have. The bike was particularly enjoyable.

Transition was well laid out with (what I saw at least), experienced and competent marshals.

Good variety of refreshments for the size of the event.

Decent medals and post race refreshments for the athletes.

All in all and nice event.

As in previous London league events, like Crystal Palace, the medals are useless for adults. Dartford gives you a t-shirt. I think it is time to be more practical.

Overall, I loved it, very nice place, amazing atmosphere.

First time doing this event and it was great. The team were super organised and the loud speaker announcements were very helpful. The course was clearly signposted and despite a chaotic swim start (this is to be expected, in my opinion), I had a thoroughly enjoyable time - looking forward to next year already!

The lady doing the safety briefing was brilliant, so enthusiastic. The life guards in the water were very attentive which was good as my son got kicked at the start and cut his foot in the water so cried his way round the swim but everyone was very encouraging.

Such a brilliant event, my daughter really enjoyed it. Well organised, safe and accessible for kids of all experience levels. Fantastic venue - maybe some more retail or entertainment in the race village would improve it even further. We will definitely be back next year!

The maps were really helpful and gave clarity on the directions, distances and laps. Please also include the number of cycling laps.

Great use of the space. Well organised. Like the way the juniors set off and 10 minutes later the TS3 started while the juniors are still racing, so they shared the course.

Only other little thing is for the email reminder that was sent a couple of days beforehand to include the address of the location and timings

Fabulous for my daughter to have her first proper experience of a triathlon in open water rather than a pool!

Lady at registration could have been a little more friendly, but not a problem. The main issue was that because of the rain before the actual race, the helmet and bike stickers were much to flimsy and firstly pretty much disintegrated and secondly didn’t adhere properly to the helmet due to lack of stickiness combined with the rain. I had to use extra tape which partly obscured the number.

Great venue and nice for the kids to be able do an open water swim and cycle on tarmac in the safety of a closed course

My kids also took part in their age group triathlons and they both loved it!

It’s really fast rating and not fair because on your website and else Said text on the website and on the video race briefing that's very very good saying that is very important and highlighted that you can't ride a bike one after another i.e. drafting and there is specific distance you should keep or you have 20secodns to overtake and when I ride on my bike youth open category it was really not good to see that there are two guys form one club I think who cycle together and had a peloton of two and ride behind and changing every like 500m they swapping the marshals did they work or else idk but the person got Winn the stage not first but top 3 I don't want to say who was that but I came 4th and I believe what it says you should do I'm happy to be 4th but when you say and I'm do my 100% to follow your role but what you guys doing is not really good to see.

The swim start was chaotic, maybe 2 main waves would have been better given the numbers. I witnessed a cycle crash and was impressed by the prompt response of the paramedics.
