When will I receive further information about the event?

The detailed race information including maps, details on parking, registration, baggage and start times will be e-mailed out to participants approximately 10 days before the event date. This sometimes ends up in junk mail so please keep an eye out for it!

All finishers will receive a custom made, themed medal at the end of the race.

My friends/family are interested in volunteering - how do they sign up?

When do I get my race number?

Race numbers will not be posted out in advance of the race. Race numbers can be collected from Race HQ on the day of the race.

Can I transfer my place or get a refund?

ATW Transfer & Refund Policy At ATW, we understand that sometimes plans change. While we do not offer refunds or transfers to another person , we provide a hassle-free event transfer option for those unable to attend their booked event. Transferring to Another ATW Event If you are unable to participate in your scheduled event for any reason—including injury, illness, pregnancy, bereavement, or other unforeseen circumstances—you can transfer your entry to any future ATW event. There is no proof required, we trust you. Here’s how: ✅ Log into your ATW account ✅ Go to Manage My Bookings ✅ Select the option to Change Race ✅ Choose your new event from the dropdown menu ✅ Pay the £5 admin fee to complete the transfer Event better news, transfers can be made all the way up to 48 hours before your original event date. Event Cancellations In the rare case that an ATW event is cancelled due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., adverse weather, national lockdowns), entrants will receive an ATW credit for the value of their booking (minus booking fees) . This credit can be applied to any future ATW event. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you at the start line soon!
