Join us this December for one of the most breathtaking canicross events in the country, set around the stunning shores of Grafham Water. This unforgettable 10-mile loop follows a smooth, fast path all the way around the reservoir — no laps, no repetition, just mile after mile of beautiful scenery shared with your four-legged running partner.

Starting atop the iconic Grafham Dam, you’ll burst into the run with panoramic views before flowing around woodland trails, the peaceful Nature Reserve, past Dragonfly Pond and Sanctuary Bay, before returning for a triumphant final mile along the dam wall. It’s fast, scenic, and genuinely special from start to finish.

Early December is the perfect time to blow away the winter cobwebs — think crisp air, festive vibes, muddy paws, and that unbeatable feeling of earning your Christmas treats early. 

This event is designed with canicross teams in mind, so your dog won’t miss out on the adventure.

Grafham Water Centre also offers dormitory-style accommodation the night before the event — ideal for taking the stress out of travel and soaking up the pre-race buzz.

ATW Transfer & Refund Policy

At ATW, we understand that sometimes plans change. While we do not offer refunds or transfers to another person, we provide a hassle-free event transfer option for those unable to attend their booked event. If you are unable to participate in your scheduled event for any reason—including injury, illness, pregnancy, bereavement, or other unforeseen circumstances—you can transfer your entry to any future ATW event. There is no proof required, we trust you!
Even better news, transfers can be made all the way up to 48 hours before your original event date.
