ATW are proud to be organising the 2024 Inter-Services Duathlon Championships at Kendrew Barracks and former RAF Cottesmore. 
This traffic-free circuit is the perfect venue for athletes of all standards to tackle a Run-Bike-Run. No matter if you are new to the sport, nervous of racing on open roads, or looking for a traffic-free environment to enable you to race hard in a competitive race.

The flat 2.5km run lap takes place on the access road around the airfield, while the 5km bike lap uses the smooth tarmac of the RAF Cottesmore runway that will inspire you with confidence and enable you to post a great bike split.
 

The race will take place in the draft-illegal format over the Sprint Distance comprising of:
Run 1 - 2 x 2.5km Laps
Bike - 4 x 5km Laps
Run 2 - 1 x 2.5km Lap

Registration will open at 10:30 with racing starting at 12:00.
The circuit will be open for bike familiarisation between 10:30 and 11:30.

In line with British Triathlon rules, the Female category is for all athletes who are the female sex at birth and the Open category is for all other athletes.

Those who have not been chosen to represent their Service team should enter using the 'Guest ticket'.
