By entering this event you agree to the below terms and conditions:

Your details will kept in accordance with the Barnes Fitness Privacy Policy.

Where specified on the booking form any medical information will be passed onto the medical team present at the event. 

AND

1) I declare that I am medically fit to compete & understand that I do so entirely at my own risk.

2) I understand that I enter the event at my own risk and that no person(s) or organisation(s) will be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss to myself, prior to, during or after the event.

3) I understand the organisers reserve the right to alter the arrangements and conditions, should circumstances require.

4) USE OF IMAGE - The Event may be televised, filmed and/or otherwise recorded and photographs may be taken all of which may capture your participation in the Event. You agree to the publication of such photographs, filming, recording and broadcasts and their use by us and those authorised by us in any way which we may see fit now or in the future including but not limited to film, broadcast, radio, TV, publications and publicity.

5) CANCELLATION - Subject to our cancellation policy and consistent with other organisations, there is a need to protect the staging of this event and the resultant costs incurred by the event organiser. Before any entries are accepted, events start to incur costs which places the organiser at risk. The organiser is forced to recoup costs to ensure the event's ongoing success. Failure to do so has predictable results. From the moment you enter this event further costs are created therefore there are no cancellation reimbursements or refunds. However, we do offer transfers of your entry to another entrant.

6) TRANSFERS - Entries are transferable between people until 7 days prior to the event. In order to transfer your race entry contact us at ellie@barnesfitness.co.uk and we will provide you with a discount code so that your replacement can register themselves onto the event. This process must be completed 7 days prior to the event as after this time all details are fixed into our event plans.
