We were told the Car Park was not available for the race and yet everyone was parking their cars as per normal

More than just a 10k run
Loved the ice lollies at the finish line! Shirt seems smaller than the previous years, might need to order up next year. I enjoyed the new route, as there was always plenty of space for all of the runners. Well done to the organisers!!

Great event. Good venue and great course marshalls. I was worried about the parking situation but again not a problem.
My only complaint is that this year’s course is nowhere as good as the original course. Much better not to have ‘laps’. I assumed it was changed due to a number of ‘elite’ runners abusing tail enders when running against the flow. I saw this happen last year and the person concerned should have been disqualified. Please change back to original course.

Very well organised 10k through Trent Park which is beautiful. The course is hilly and in large parts wooded which gives respite from the sun - it was hot today! A challenging run but it’s no surprise it’s a really popular event. Long may it continue!

A great relaxed and fun event
My first Triffic Trail and I really enjoyed it. The course route was scenic and beautiful, although I found it a tough course, especially the surprise long hill as I didn’t have time to walk the course beforehand. Will definitely do again next year with some of my friends from my club. My mum liked the goodie bag. Thanks again. Jack. Age 12.

Friendly well organised and testing 10k
Most entrants in my running club recorded less than 10k (by around 100m) on Strava. Please make course slightly over 10k to help prevent this. Was this tested before race?

Thought the whole event well organised w plenty of cheery marshals, with the route clearly displayed and the markers on the ground highlighted potential hazards tree roots etc

challenging course, didnt help had calf strain in first 2k but managed to get around with help from fabulous lady as tail walker, could have a over 80s cat. as never getting near 70 year olds, as i am representing ageuk every little helps as they say.
