Only negative is my daughters (named towel) went walking.. not the organisers fault but letting only the children sort their stuff probably doesn’t help with taking the correct stuff home

I haven’t ever done a multi sport event and this was a great intro! So well organised - in advance with a pre-registration email that answered all my questions - to 3 scheduled emails giving all the info I needed - to marshalling and route marking on the day. Loved it!

The only comment would be the organisation and preparation of a well run event was not well supported by the Letchworth Lido staffing and management preparation. Considering this is an event known long in advance and the bulk time to sell hot drinks will be when the parents are loitering from well before 8am the opening times to buy hot drinks missed a revenue opportunity and then due to poor stock management couldn't sell bacon, sausage baps. Shame poor planning in this area reflected poorly on the good work of this event.
