Celebrate Easter weekend with one of our most popular races on the calendar! The St Albans Easter 10K is a flat, fast and beautifully scenic run that kicks off and finishes in Highfield Park, following the picturesque Alban Way.
This tarmac, single-lap route is ideal for chasing that elusive PB or simply soaking up the supportive atmosphere with fellow runners.
Expect a brilliantly organised event with enthusiastic marshals, well-marked paths, and a warm welcome for all abilities. You’ll be rewarded at the finish line with a bespoke medal, delicious goodies, and FREE event photos to remember the day.
Plus, there’s a free Children’s Fun Run just before the main event – no need to book, just turn up and join the fun!

This event sold out in 2025, so don't delay! Book your place today. In order to accommodate everyone, we may split the event into two waves. We ask you to please submit your estimated finish time for a 10K, at the time of booking. The start time may vary within 30 minutes. This information will be clarified in the final event information, which will be emailed to you ten days before the event.
ATW Transfer & Refund Policy
At ATW, we understand that sometimes plans change. While we do not offer refunds or transfers to another person, we provide a hassle-free event transfer option for those unable to attend their booked event. If you are unable to participate in your scheduled event for any reason—including injury, illness, pregnancy, bereavement, or other unforeseen circumstances—you can transfer your entry to any future ATW event. There is no proof required, we trust you!
Even better news, transfers can be made all the way up to 48 hours before your original event date.

ATW was established in 2011 by James Shipley. We have now become a national events company in the UK, specialising in Running, Triathlon, Duathlon, Aquathon, Cycling, Swimming and all permutation of swim-bike run events. With over 40,000 entries a year ATW has become a firm favourite amongst people who are determined to Dream, Believe and Achieve.

There is parking available (approx 1km from race HQ) at a charge of £3 - this will be signposted from the venue.
(Disabled parking only is available at the venue)
In addition, there are NCP car parks in St Albans city and at the train station approx 2 mile walk away from the venue.
