Welcome to the Cambridge Biomedical Campus 10k, 5k and Fun Run on Sunday April 19th 2026
Lace up your trainers and join us for an incredible event supporting three local charities!
Brought to you by CBC Ltd & Prologis, this day promises fun, fitness, and fundraising for some fantastic causes.
What's on offer?
Taking place on a safe, traffic-free, closed-road 3-lap course on the campus, the Children's Fun Run will create a fantastic opportunity for parents and spectators to cheer on their little champions and capture those special moments to share with friends and family.
As for the chip-timed one-lap 5k & two-lap 10k, get ready to embark on a journey along traffic-free paths, soaking in the energetic atmosphere while making strides toward a healthier heart, all against the backdrop of the beautiful Hobson Park and the vibrant Cambridge Medical Campus.
This event isn't just about races: it's about rallying together to support the amazing Addenbrooke's Charitable Trust, Maggie’s and Royal Papworth Charity. We are pleased to announce that £3 from every entry into this event, will be split and donated to the above charities. This means that by signing up to the CBC 10K or 5K you will be contributing £1 to each of these amazing charities! Every step and every stride helps in funding these fantastic causes.
We are also thrilled to be supporting The British Heart Foundation and Cambridge Global Heath Partnerships (CGHP). You can make an additional donation to any of these charities at the checkout.
Thanks to the generous support of the organisers and sponsors, the Children's Fun Run is FREE to all participants, the 5k/10k is FREE for Under17's, and the adult tickets for the 5k/10k have been significantly subsidised. (NOTE: Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult in the Fun Run, and minimum age restrictions apply to the 5k and 10k).
The course is suitable for both wheelchairs and running blades. Please note that the paths within Hobson’s Park do have a layer of gravel, but we’re excited to offer an accessible and enjoyable course!
Mark your calendars and gather your friends and family for a day of fitness, fun, and philanthropy. Join us at the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, because together we can make every step count for these amazing charities!
We encourage the use of sustainable transport so please travel by bus or bicycle where possible.
In the event of coming by car, there will be free parking at the Babraham Road or Trumpington Park & Ride, or paid-for Parking available on campus.
Further details will be provided in the final race info.
